Description

This Double Monkstrap is a modern and sartorial blend. The stripped down version is simple and elegant. This shoe can be worn with a suit, separate trouser or formal attire for a modern twist. Simplicity at its best.

Construction Details

Similar in function to Goodyear construction, Black Rapid has two soles which render the shoes very solid yet they are still very elegant and light in weight.

Fit

With the double monk strap, you can adjust to find the correct fit if needed.

Monk Straps will fit true to size and due to the strap will accommodate slightly higher insteps.

Care

We recommend using a neutral cream on a bi-weekly basis and neutral polish when a shine is required. Neutral is recommended so as not to alter the special coloration of this shoe. We recommend Saphir polishes and creams. Quality shoe trees are recommended after every wear and when storing. Shoe trees will help mitigate wrinkling and help wick away moisture.

We recommend not wearing these shoes two days in a row allowing the shoes to rest and wick away moisture.

Coloration and Finishing

Please note our shoes are colored by hand and each pair will show small variations in color due to this meticulous and time consuming hand coloration process. Please also note that lighting will also effect the representation of our products when viewed online through different computers and phones.

We live in a world of mass production but DiBianco is not part of that world. We are proud to hand finish our products and beautiful variances will occur, which we believe makes them even more special.

Although we try to represent the optimal color online, we cannot guarantee the color of your item will match 100%. If you would like to have a better idea of your desired shoe’s actual finish please feel free to email us and we will be happy to send pictures.
